General Return Requirements
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags/labels attached, and in the original packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and custom seat covers are non-refundable
unless approved by the team.
How to Return:
- File a return through the link above or contact us via email or at 763-334-3581.
- Securely package the items being returned neatly in the original box.
- Ship to: Seat Cover Solutions Attn: 6551 Jansen Ave NE Albertville, MN, 55301 by using the label
provided.
Refund Details
- Approved returns are refunded 85% to your original payment method and 15% as store credit (valid for 1
year).
- Refunds may take up to 21 days to process and 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. Often
times
within 5 days of being received.
- We recommend using our return shipping label for faster processing.
Special Cases:
- Holiday Gifts: Returns for holiday gifts (purchased from 10/23/2024 to 12/23/2024) may
be
returned within 60 days.
- Luxe Detailing Products: Returns within 30 days, with a 20% restocking fee and shipping
cost ($6.50). Item must be
unused and in original packaging.
