  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom seat covers are non refundable though if there are any fitment issues we will fix them free of charge.
  • We will cover the cost to ship the item back to our facility.

Returns (all customers)

 

Seat Covers:

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or packaging that is the same size as the seat cover bag. Items must be packed crease free during their transit back to our warehouse. 

Holiday Gift Return Policy

Any items purchased as holiday gifts can be returned through January 12th. This extended window applies to all orders placed within the 45 days leading up to December 23rd.

Luxe Detailing Products: 

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping (around $6.50) and a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom Seat Covers:

Custom seat covers are specifically designed to fit the exact year, make, model, and trim of your vehicle. As these are custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our guarantee of a perfect fit—if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will promptly address and resolve them.

Shipping Protection & Free Returns Policy

When you purchase our Shipping Protection & Free Returns Add-On, you're covered for the following:

We guarantee that your package will arrive undamaged and in full working condition at your shipping address.
If your item is damaged during transit, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund—hassle-free.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for free, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Please note: Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, liability for loss or theft transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. For enhanced security, we recommend using a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation at checkout.

 

Limited Warranty

 

Duration: This limited warranty is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered: If your seat cover has a defect in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, we’ll replace it. Covered issues include:

  • Stitching failure, unraveling, or thread defects

  • Faulty straps, buckles, or zippers

  • Defects in materials, embossing, perforation, or quilting

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

What’s Not Covered: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation, misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear such as scuffs, scratches, cuts, or fading

  • Blue dye transfer from clothing or accessories

  • Fading due to excessive sunlight or chemical use

  • Cleaning with harsh products such as saddle soaps, oils, alcohol- or solvent-based cleaners, or silicone conditioners

  • Damage from pets with long or ungroomed nails

    • Note: Our material is scratch-resistant, but works best when your pet’s nails are regularly trimmed.

  • Commercial or fleet use, including rentals

  • Fire, floods, weather events, or natural disasters

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired after sale

Claims Process:

  1. In the event of a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, the customer must contact our customer service department within the warranty period.
  2. Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and purchase receipt, may be required to validate warranty claims.
  3. Upon approval of the warranty claim, the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective product, at its discretion, free of charge.

Limitation of Liability:

 

This warranty covers product replacement only. It does not cover:

    • Labor costs for removal or reinstallation

    • Loss of vehicle use or downtime

    • Incidental or consequential damages

Modification of Warranty Terms:

  • The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
